They’ve been where your staff sits today, so they connect on the right level, making training and implemenetation a smooth, cohesive process.

Our Consultants
To become a Profero Solutions consultant, applicants must go through a rigorous assessment, credentialing and onboarding process. This process consists of three phases.

Evaluation
Each candidate applying for a position with Profero Solutions will be evaluated using the following methods.

Thorough interview to evaluate skills, experience and work ethic.
Integrity assessments to determine the candidates’ propensity to be honest and trustworthy
Computer skills testing
Credentialing

Profero Solutions validates each candidate. We conduct the following:

Professional References
Clinical licenses
Criminal background check
Medical
TB testing
Drug screening
On-boarding
Preparing our consultants to work on client engagements includes general Profero processes as well as processes, procedures and training specific to the engagement. Our "Boot Camp" process provides each consultant with an overview of Profero’s expectations and the success criteria for each engagement. In addition in-depth software training is conducted with the consultants who will be providing “24/7 elbow support” during Go-live. During this on-boarding experience, consultants’ work ethic, ability to deliver expected results and team work skills are evaluated.
